From service to sister-company.
After three successful seasons of providing Paddle Board Yoga and Pilates classes as a service of Portsmouth Paddle Co. it became clear that our Paddle Board Fitness activities were ready to blossom on their own. We launched SEAVASANA to ensure that individuals wishing to begin an on-land or floating yoga practice would have the same carefully crafted programs as paddle boarding enthusiasts. With the growing popularity of SUP Yoga, we also wanted to provide opportunities for your on-water practice to flourish through more clearly defined paddleboard yoga classes that facilitate and encourage advancement.
Portsmouth Paddle Co.
In 2015, with eight paddle boards and a dream, my husband, Wesley, launched Portsmouth Paddle Co. from our backyard in Rye, NH. What began as a small, mobile operation, quickly grew into a mainstay that locals and tourists from all over the country depend on and trust for the full range of paddle boarding services. In 2016, we decided to dive into the business head-first as a husband and wife team. Our combined efforts, along with dedication and passion of our framily/PPC Guides, enabled us to continue to grow our programs. In 2017, we opened the Portsmouth Paddle Co. Show Room and our Paddle Board Fitness program grew by six-fold. This exciting growth sparked the idea and creation of our new sister-company, SEAVASANA LLC.

I view my contribution to the yoga community as an important part of helping people integrate tools into their lives that enhance their wellbeing.
