We’re excited to introduce our new 4-class Morning Mini-Series! This program is designed for those of you with a full schedule, so you can squeeze in your practice before your day begins. Class meets on Wednesday mornings every-other-week (due to the tides), beginning in mid-July and ending in late-August.

We invite you to try a little bit of everything SUP Yoga has to offer, with each class having a unique focus. You will advance your paddle yoga practice through regular attendance with the same instructor, and spend beautiful summer mornings on the water in New Castle, NH!

 

Space is limited to 10 participants to ensure individualized attention and a seamless experience on the water.

Mini-Series - $249*

• 4 x 75 min classes

• Plus, pre-scheduled rain dates for each class to give our community peace of mind

*A 50% deposit is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance will be charged to your card on-file on May 31st.

What’s Included

• All of the equipment you need to practice: a comfortable, low-profile life belt, and a brand new VESL paddle boarding gear

• On-land instruction to familiarize you with your equipment and set you up for success

• Intentional SUP Yoga instruction by a team with more than two decades of combined experience

• An intimate community of like-minded yogis

Requirements

• All participants must know how to swim and be comfortable on the water

• Prior SUP yoga experience is recommended but not required!

Mini-Series Class Details

 

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Enjoy a variety of class styles that combine yoga, strength and pilates!

Class 1- Find your foundation: Awaken your sea-legs and set your SUP Yoga foundation for the series

Class 2- Find your center: Focus on alignment and core stabilization through mat-Pilates inspired movement

Class 3- Find your flow: Pick-up the pace with a yoga and pilates inspired flow that will leave you feeling strong

Class 4 - Find your power: Challenge yourself with yoga sculpt inspired class that incorporates band work

 

SCHEDULE

Classes will take place every-other-week due to the tides. Each session is 75 minutes and will take place at 7:30 AM.

    • A 50% deposit is due to register for our Mini Series.

    • The remaining 50% will be automatically charged to your card on May 31st. Contact us if you’d like to make other arrangements for your second payment.

  • When you join our Mini-Series you are joining a supportive community that wants to see you succeed. So, whether you have no prior SUP Yoga experience, or you’ve been coming for 8 years, we can promise you’ll enjoy yourself!

    • Prior SUP yoga experience is helpful but not required.

    If you have no prior paddle boarding or studio yoga experience, let’s chat and see if it’s a fit!

  • We will work with you to accommodate up to one personal make-up if you know in-advance that you will be unable to attend a particular date. Series class sizes are limited, so the sooner you coordinate with us, the better!

    We will try our best to accommodate unforeseen cancellations with at least 24 hours notice, but are not able to guarantee capacity in Summer Series class times. If we do not have space in a series class, we will work together to identify an alternative.

  • Our team is constantly monitoring the weather and if there’s one thing we know about Mother Nature… she is finicky!

    Unless the weather is absolutely, without a doubt, obvious, we will wait until the day-of to make a weather call. You can expect to hear from us at least 2 hours prior to class with our decision.

    • Rain dates have been add for each class, so be sure to add them to your calendar!

    • If you are unable to attend the rain date, we will make other arrangements together.

  • All the gear you need to practice is included in this series! Not only does it give you peace of mind when you’re heading to class, but it also allows us to have everything ready to go and start and end on time.

    Our goal is to give you the most successful experience possible. Which is why we match you with equipment appropriate for your size, abilities and experience-level. Our boards vary in size for this purpose.

    We also have a custom anchor line that all of our SUPs connect to. This results in an efficient and streamlined anchoring process that gives us more time to practice on the water!

    If you would really like to BYOB, please reach out to discuss. Boards must be pre-approved for SUP Yoga, and a clip will need to be adhered to your board to connect to our anchor line.

• Scheduling your classes ahead of time helps to ensure you actually get out on the water… Summer is a BUSY time and we’re all about prioritizing the things you LOVE because the season will also be gone before you know it!
